These Terms govern your use of the ReviewScan mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and capable of forming a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring use of the Service is lawful where you live and where your business operates.
2. Account & Acceptable Use
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must not attempt to bypass scan quotas, manipulate ratings, or impersonate other businesses.
- You must not solicit reviews from people who have not actually used the business, or otherwise violate Google's review policies.
- You must not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- ReviewScan Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Available plans: Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month and Yearly.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same plan price.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (App Store → Subscriptions; Play Store → Subscriptions).
- Refund requests are handled by Apple / Google according to their policies.
- Free-tier scan limits and Pro features may change with reasonable notice. Current limits are shown inside the app.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design and trademarks, is owned by ReviewScan and licensed to you under a limited, revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your business. You retain ownership of the business data you upload.
5. Customer Data
Customer ratings and private feedback you receive through the Service belong to your business. You agree to handle them lawfully and to honour any deletion requests from the customers concerned.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee any specific increase in reviews, ratings or revenue.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWSCAN AND ITS LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from "Settings → Delete account". We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
